What Photochromic Window Film Does

Transitional window film uses photochromic technology to automatically adjust tint level based on the intensity of UV light hitting the glass. In direct sunlight, the film darkens to block solar heat and glare. When sunlight decreases — clouds pass, the sun moves, or shade falls — the film gradually clears to let in more light. No controls, no power connection, no adjustment required. The film continuously adapts to changing light conditions throughout the day.
